With the groundbreaking work we have done on probiotics, we were able to stress-buffer the microorganisms to be able to survive high stress situations. The strains we use are specifically selected for their different properties.
Sceletium
Sceletium is a group of succulent plant species, known for its high alkaloid content, native to the arid areas of South Africa. Our research enabled us to find the best species for different applications, cultivate them in the best ways possible to enable us to make extracts with the ideal combination of alkaloids. Some of these alkaloids are further processed with different advanced processes for optimal bio-availability. These alkaloids are further applied for the treatment of anxiety, depression, stress, autism, neurological disorders and substance dependence.
Cancer
Cancer treatments are very expensive. HP Biotech are researching numerous ground-breaking alternatives to conventional treatments with some very promising results.
Bioflavonoids and Proanthocyanidins
Bioflavonoids and Proanthocyanidins are well-known for the reduction of free oxygen species known as free radical scavenging.
